How Much Are You Leaving on the Table?

Overtime nobody estimated. Drywall nobody signed for. A dehumidifier still sitting on a job you closed. You answer four questions about your own business, and we add it up.

Built for How a Restoration Job Actually Runs

From the first call to the books, in the order the job happens. Screens below are from the product with sample data.

1 First Call

Quote It, Schedule It, Dispatch It

Line-item quotes go out as a link. The customer accepts or declines online.

  • Quotes That Become Jobs. Accept or decline online.
  • Dispatch Board. A lane per crew and tech. Every tech sees their day on the phone.
  • Customer Portal. Homeowners check status from a private link instead of calling the office.

The Crew Records the Job as It Happens

Clock in, log readings, scan equipment, and sign the change order from the phone. Assigned jobs, tasks, readings, and the clock keep working with no signal.

  • Employee Hours. Clock in on site with the location recorded, and the hours land on the job as labor cost.
  • Drying. Daily readings by room and material against a dry goal, with atmospheric readings.
  • Equipment by QR. Every unit shows On Job Site until it is scanned back onto the van.
  • E-Sign and Change Orders. Photos on the change order, signed on the phone, added to the job total.

Why We Built ItBeyond the industry-standard tools, running a restoration business meant juggling numerous separate apps. We could not find one tool that brought it all together, so we built it.
Built to Move FastWe invested heavily in a robust software release pipeline. We will spare you the nerdy tech-speak: it means we resolve issues and deliver new features fast. Don't see a feature you need? Let's Chat!

Common Questions

Does it work when the house has no signal?

Yes. Assigned jobs, tasks, moisture readings, and the time clock keep working on the phone and sync when you are back on a signal.

Does it connect to QuickBooks?

Yes, QuickBooks Online. Invoices, payments, bills, and approved expenses sync from the start date you choose.

Is BOLT AI included?

No. It is an add-on on any plan: $15 a month per package, about 100 questions a month, shared by the team. Everything else works without it.

Do my techs each need a seat?

Yes. Every person who signs in uses one seat, techs included. The Pricing section shows how many users each plan includes and what each extra user costs.

How long does setup take?

Usually under one minute. Sign up with a card and your company is set up while you wait. Then you sign in and start adding jobs.

Is my data secure?

Yes. Every company gets its own database. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Sign-in is handled by a major identity provider, so we never store your password.

What does BOLT XLR do with our data?

We never sell it. We don't like it when companies do that to us, so we don't do it to you. It is shared only with the services needed to run the product, such as hosting, sign-in, and billing.

Can I export my data if I leave?

Yes. Job profitability, job expenses, mileage, and employee time download as CSV files from the Export page at any time. If you leave, ask us and we will send you a full copy of your company's data.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from your dashboard. Access runs to the end of the billing period. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: if BOLT XLR isn't right for your company in the first 30 days, we'll refund 100% of your money. No questions asked.
