QuickBooks Online
BOLT XLR connects to QuickBooks Online so the books stay current without retyping. Customers, vendors, invoices, payments, bills, and approved expenses sync on a schedule from the start date you choose, and employee time is sent by hand.
Connect and Map
Sign in with Intuit, map your accounts, items, and expense categories, and pick the start date the sync begins from.

What the Scheduled Sync Carries
Every 15 minutes the sync sends customers, vendors, invoices, bills, and approved expenses. A BOLT XLR invoice paid in full sends its payment, a manual invoice paid in QuickBooks shows as paid in BOLT XLR, and a Stripe invoice paid there is flagged for you to record.
- Customers and Vendors. Sync to QuickBooks Online.
- Invoices and Payments. The payment syncs once a BOLT XLR invoice is paid in full.
- Bills and Approved Expenses. Only approved expenses are sent.
- Paid Status Back. A manual invoice paid in QuickBooks shows as paid in BOLT XLR. A Stripe invoice paid there is flagged for you to record.
Employee Time Is Sent by Hand
Time is not part of the scheduled sync. Once each user is linked to a QuickBooks employee, send time entries one at a time or in bulk, and an entry edited after it was sent is marked so you know to send it again.

Sync History
Every run is on record, with an attention list of anything QuickBooks rejected. Mileage, drying logs, and equipment stay in BOLT XLR and do not sync.
